Psychosocial counseling

Are you looking for support with work-related or private problems? Then you are exactly right here! A multi-professional team of psychological psychotherapists, addiction and social therapists as well as social pedagogues awaits you. The aim of the consulting is to support you quickly and in an uncomplicated way, to work out individual solutions together with you and to accompany you on these solutions. Early counseling can promote your health and well-being and prevent disease or mitigate its progression.

Common topics in our consultations include:

If you have any questions about these or other topics, please feel free to schedule a consultation with us. You can reach our central appointment service by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the following number:

0214 / 2605 71212

We will be happy to advise you and your relatives on site at our locations in Leverkusen, Dormagen, Krefeld-Uerdingen, Monheim and Wuppertal. Likewise, a telephone consultation is possible. The offer is free of charge and is aimed at all employees and their relatives. The contents of the conversation are, of course, treated as strictly confidential. All team members of the psychosocial counseling are subject to the duty of confidentiality according to § 203 StGB.

Aptitude tests

Occupational stress testing (BG procedure) after work and/or commuting accidents can be carried out at the instigation of the employers’ liability insurance association in order to gradually reintegrate insured persons into working life, especially after a longer period of incapacity to work.

Gradual reintegration

Gradual reintegration into the work process (Hamburg model) at the instigation of the attending physician and/or the medical service, the health insurance fund and/or the company physician serves to facilitate the return to work for employees after a longer period of incapacity to work due to illness. The Hamburg model is regulated in § 74 of the German Social Code (SGB) V and in § 28 of the SGB IX for people with disabilities or at risk of disability.

The company physician determines the time schedule for reintegration in agreement with the treating physicians. Regular consultations with the health protection department ensure that the measure is monitored by occupational health experts. The employer must agree to the reintegration measure, but is not obliged to approve the measure.

During the reintegration measure, the employee continues to receive sick pay and remains unable to work or is on sick leave. The reintegration measure may be discontinued by the person concerned for health reasons. If the person concerned does not participate in the measure for 7 days, the measure is considered to have failed. Vacation cannot usually be granted during this time.

If you have internal questions, please contact the company physician.

Check-ups for executives

Check-ups for executives are characterized by internal diagnostics. An in-depth medical consultation is followed by medical examinations tailored to personal needs. Depending on the optional additional module selected, we offer additional consultation and diagnostics with our sports medicine and specialist cooperation partners. This is done in the context of a meaningful, comprehensive diagnostic with final detailed consultation to exhaust all possibilities to support the executives.

Occupational medical checkups

The scope of the preventive occupational medical examinations results from the outcome of the risk assessment, taking into account the Occupational Medical Precautions Ordinance (ArbMedVV) and corresponding occupational medical rules (AMR).

Basically, we distinguish according to ArbMedVV in:

Occupational medical check-ups must be ordered by the employer in accordance with the ArbMedVV. Employees shall be allowed to participate. The implementation is regulated by law.
