This website serves both to publicize the company itself with the aim of promoting the acquisition of rail freight traffic to/from the CHEMPARK sites and to comply with the legal obligations according to which the operator CURRENTA must make the conditions of use of its railroad infrastructure publicly accessible to those entitled to access it in accordance with Section 1 (12) of the German Railway Regulation Act (Eisenbahnregulierungsgesetz, ERegG, version of June 9, 2021) within the meaning of Section 1 (18) of the German Railway Regulation Act (Eisenbahnregulierungsgesetz, ERegG, version of June 9, 2021).
